Tools
Among the main teams we have are:
SMT automatic assembly machines : Universal Instruments and Panasonic with the ability to assemble components smaller than a grain of sand (they measure 0.2mm x 0.1mm) called 0201 in the metric system.
• PTH automatic insertion machines : Universal Instruments.
• Assembling circuits from 8 to 32 pins with our multi module machine.
• Assembly of radial components such as LEDs, varistors, electrolytic capacitors, etc. that we assemble with our radial inserter (triple span and 60 stations).
• Assembling axial components (basically resistors and diodes) using our axial inserters with 240 stations.
This high degree of automation allows us to offer very short response times, reaction times to production changes in a matter of minutes, increase quality and achieve highly competitive costs.
